Do I own the art I create?
It's yours to use however you want — display it, print it as many times as you like, frame it, gift it, sell reproductions. Worth knowing: the US Copyright Office has held that purely AI-generated images aren't eligible for copyright protection (no human authorship), so technically no one holds copyright in them. What our Terms give you is a broad, contractual right to use your creations as if you did. We never feature your art as marketing without your explicit opt-in.
How long does shipping take?
Orders arrive in 5–9 business days. Your print is made at the Gelato US facility nearest your shipping address, so distances stay short. We currently ship within the United States only — international shipping is on the roadmap.
What's the print quality like?
Archival-grade paper rated 100+ years against fading. Museum-grade pigment inks. Real wood frames if you choose them. Same quality as a premium gallery shop, not a poster store.
What if something's wrong with my print?
Each print is custom-made, so all sales are final by default — but we'll reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery if (1) your print arrives damaged in transit, (2) it has a print quality defect (smudges, banding, missing elements), or (3) the printed result differs significantly from the AI-generated image you approved at checkout. Email us with photos and we'll make it right. We pay return shipping. Aesthetic preference changes after you approved the image at checkout aren't covered — see the full refund policy for details.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer four standard sizes: 12×16", 16×20", 18×24", and 28×40". Each is available in landscape or portrait orientation, framed or unframed, on matte or semi-gloss archival paper.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only — international shipping is on the roadmap. We'll announce when it's live.
Can I print someone else's image?
No. You can only print art you generate on Horizons Foundry or art you have full rights to. We will take down content that infringes on others' rights and may suspend accounts that repeat-violate.
How does the AI work?
You describe what you want; a generative AI model creates an image from your description; you iterate until you like it. We handle sizing for print, color profile, paper selection, framing, and shipping behind the scenes.
How do credits work?
Each image generation uses one credit. New accounts start with 25 free credits to explore the studio. After that, your free credits are topped up to 5 at the start of each calendar month, and unused credits never expire. When you need more, you can buy a pack of 50 credits for $5 from your profile, and purchased credits stack on top of your free credits.
Where do you ship from?
From the Gelato US print facility nearest your shipping address. Production is automatically routed to the closest facility for fastest delivery and lowest carbon footprint.
