What is the print quality like?
Every print is on museum-grade paper with archival pigment, matte or semi-glossy. A framed print comes in one of four frames: black, white, natural wood or dark wood. There is no mat, so the print runs edge to edge in the frame. Framed, it arrives ready to hang.
What sizes do you offer?
Nine sizes: 6×8", 8×10", 8×12", 12×16", 12×18", 16×20", 18×24", 24×32" and 28×40". Each work is offered in the sizes that match its shape. Every size comes as an unframed print or a framed print, on matte or semi-glossy paper.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free in the US. Every print is made to order and arrives in 5 to 9 business days. We do not ship outside the US yet.
Where do you ship from?
From the US. Our print partner Gelato prints, frames and ships every order there.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We ship within the US only.
What if I don't like my print?
Email support@horizonsfoundry.ai within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your print in full. You do not need to give a reason or send it back. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, we will replace it at no charge or refund it, whichever you prefer. The full refund policy is in the Terms.
How does the Studio work?
Describe what you want on your wall, or start from a photo you took. The Studio paints it with an AI image model, and you can ask for changes until it is right. Then pick a size, frame and paper, and it is printed and framed like any piece in the shop. Your first five images need no account. An account starts with 50 free images, then 25 a month. Your first print with an account is 25% off. Buying from the shop never needs an account.
How do credits work?
Each image the Studio makes uses one credit. A new account starts with 50 free images. At the start of each month, a balance below 25 is topped up to 25. You can buy a pack of 50 credits for $5 from your profile. Credits never expire.
Do I own the art I create?
A piece you make in the Studio is yours to use as you like. Display it, print it again, frame it, give it away or sell reproductions. The Studio's images are made by an AI image model. US Copyright Office guidance says images made purely by AI are not eligible for copyright, so no one holds copyright in them. Your right to use your pieces comes from our Terms instead. We never use your art in our marketing unless you opt in.
Can I print someone else's image?
No. In the Studio you can start from a description, or from a photo you took or have full rights to. We take down work that infringes someone else's rights, and may suspend accounts that do it repeatedly.
