Report content
Horizons Foundry is a generative AI service — users create artwork by describing what they want. Despite our content policy and the model's safety filters, a generation may occasionally infringe someone's rights or otherwise violate our rules. Use the categories below to report content for review.
We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and to resolve substantively-compliant reports within 5 business days. Complex cases (e.g., contested trademark claims) may take longer. CSAM and other urgent reports are handled immediately.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other illegal content
If you have seen content on Horizons Foundry that sexually exploits or abuses a minor, depicts a minor in a sexual or suggestive context, or otherwise constitutes illegal content, please report it immediately by both of the following channels:
- Report to the NCMEC CyberTipline — the U.S. national clearinghouse for missing and exploited children. This is the legally-authoritative channel.
- Email us at support@horizonsfoundry.ai with the subject line
[URGENT-CSAM]so we can preserve evidence per 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, report to NCMEC, and terminate the responsible account.
Copyright infringement (DMCA)
If content on Horizons Foundry infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to our registered Designated Copyright Agent. Full agent contact information, the six required notice elements, and the counter-notice process are in Terms of Service Section 8.
Email support@horizonsfoundry.ai with subject line [DMCA]. Our Copyright Office registration number is DMCA-1073369.
Right of publicity, trademark, or other non-copyright claims
The DMCA process only covers copyright. If content depicts you without your consent, infringes your trademark, or violates another non-copyright right, email support@horizonsfoundry.ai with subject [IP-CLAIM] and include:
- A description of the right being violated
- Identification of the allegedly infringing content (URL, screenshot, prompt text, or order number — anything that lets us locate the specific piece)
- Your contact information
- A statement of good-faith belief
- Your signature (physical or electronic)
See Terms Section 8 (Other intellectual property claims) for the full requirements.
Hate speech, harassment, or threats
Our content policy prohibits content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination, or that glorifies graphic violence or self-harm. Email support@horizonsfoundry.ai with subject [HARASSMENT] and a description of what you saw and where (URL, screenshot, prompt text, or order number).
Other content policy violations
For anything else that violates our content policy — fraud, deceptive content, attempts to scrape outputs, etc. — email support@horizonsfoundry.ai with subject [REPORT].
What happens after you report
- We acknowledge receipt of substantively-compliant reports within 2 business days.
- We review the content and the report. For copyright claims, we follow the DMCA notice-and-takedown procedure in Terms Section 8. For other categories, we apply the enforcement ladder in Terms Section 7: warning → content removal → temporary suspension → permanent termination, escalating directly to termination for severe violations.
- When we remove content, we mark the record as removed (preserving the audit trail) and notify the user who posted it where appropriate. For DMCA, that user may file a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
- We will not share your contact information with the reported user without your permission, except where required by law (e.g., a properly-noticed DMCA matter where the counter- notice procedure requires forwarding the original notice).
A note on misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Submit reports in good faith.
