Pick the right photo
The painting is only as good as the photo it starts from, so a minute of care here pays off:
- Good light, clear focus. A bright, sharp photo gives the best result. A dark or blurry one gives the studio less to work with.
- Get close. A photo where your pet fills most of the frame paints more cleanly than one where they are small in a busy scene.
