How it works

From a sentence to a framed print

1

Describe your space

Tell me your vision, upload a photo of your wall, or just describe the vibe. The studio chat does the rest.

2

I generate your art

Original artwork from your description, refined until it's right. Your first credits are free, and up to $10 of generation credit comes off your print.

3

We print, frame, and ship

Archival print in a real wood frame, ready to hang. Free US shipping, on your wall in 5 to 9 days.

Made like a gallery piece

Archival fine-art paper

Museum-grade pigment inks rated 100+ years against fading. Choose matte or semi-gloss.

Real wood frames

Four sizes, two orientations

12x16, 16x20, 18x24, and 28x40 inches, in landscape or portrait.

Arrives ready to hang

Printed at the facility nearest you and shipped within 5 to 9 business days.

30-day guarantee

Damaged, defective, or not matching the image you approved at checkout? We reprint it or refund you.

Your own photos

Already have the shot? Turn it into art

Upload a photo of your dog, a place you love, or a view from a trip, and ask for it as a painting. The studio keeps your subject and changes only the medium.

A phone photo of a happy golden retriever with its tongue out, a city skyline behind it in a park.

Uploaded from a phone

The same golden retriever rendered as a soft watercolor portrait, eyes squinted in joy and tongue out.

Painted in the studio

A phone photo of a snowy alpine lake ringed by evergreen forest and mountains.

Uploaded from a phone

The same alpine lake scene repainted as a loose impressionist oil with visible brushstrokes and a swirling sky.

Questions

Good to know before you buy

See all questions →
What's the print quality like?
Archival-grade paper rated 100+ years against fading. Museum-grade pigment inks. Real wood frames if you choose them. Same quality as a premium gallery shop, not a poster store.
How long does shipping take?
Orders arrive in 5–9 business days. Your print is made at the Gelato US facility nearest your shipping address, so distances stay short. We currently ship within the United States only — international shipping is on the roadmap.
What if I don't like my print?
If you are not happy with your print for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason, and you don't need to send it back. If it arrives damaged or has a print defect, we'll replace it at no charge instead, whichever you'd rather have. Either way it takes one email. See the full refund policy for details.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer four standard sizes: 12×16", 16×20", 18×24", and 28×40". Each is available in landscape or portrait orientation, framed or unframed, on matte or semi-gloss archival paper.
How do credits work?
Each image generation uses one credit. New accounts start with 25 free credits to explore the studio. After that, your free credits are topped up to 5 at the start of each calendar month, and unused credits never expire. When you need more, you can buy a pack of 50 credits for $5 from your profile, and purchased credits stack on top of your free credits.
How does the AI work?
You describe what you want; a generative AI model creates an image from your description; you iterate until you like it. We handle sizing for print, color profile, paper selection, framing, and shipping behind the scenes.
